Tuition

 

Tuition is billed monthly through automatic payment. Tuition reserves your dancer’s place in class and is due regardless of attendance.

 

Attendance & Make-Up Classes

 

Regular attendance helps dancers grow in confidence and technique. One approved make-up class may be available for each missed class, subject to class availability.

 

Dress Code

 

Proper dance attire and shoes are required for each class to ensure safety and allow instructors to provide proper technique corrections. Specific dress code requirements for each class can be found within the individual class descriptions.

 

Class Placement

 

Bloom Dance Academy reserves the right to place dancers in the class that best supports their age, experience, and development.

 

Studio Etiquette

 

We strive to maintain a kind, respectful and encouraging environment for every dancer and family. Dancers are expected to arrive on time, prepared for class and ready to learn. Respect for instructors, staff, fellow dancers, and our facility is expected at all times. To help classes run smoothly, please use the restroom before class whenever possible, and keep cell phones put away during instruction.

 

Safety

 

Participation in dance and related activities involves inherent physical risks. Families acknowledge these risks through the registration process and agree to follow all studio safety guidelines.

 

Communication

 

Studio updates, schedules, and important announcements will be shared through our parent portal and email. Families are encouraged to keep their contact information current.
