PRESCHOOL DANCE
Â
A joyful introduction to dance designed especially for our youngest dancers! Through music, movement, imagination, and age-appropriate technique, dancers build coordination, confidence, creativity and a love for dance in a fun and encouraging environment. All preschool dance classes are 30 minutes long.
Dress Code:Â Comfortable dance attire, such as a leotard with dance shorts or leggings, and ballet shoes. Hair should be secured away from the face.

BALLET
Â
Build a strong technical foundation through classical ballet training. Dancers develop proper alignment, strength, flexibility, musicality, grace and artistry while learning timeless ballet technique in a supportive environment.

Pre Ballet & Beginning Ballet Dress Code:Â Pink tights, pink leotard, pink ballet shoes, and hair secured in a bun.
Intermediate & Advanced Ballet Dress Code:Â Pink tights, black leotard, pink ballet shoes (or pointe shoes if applicable), and hair secured in a bun.

JAZZ
Â
An energetic style that blends technique with performance. Jazz classes focus on flexibility, strength, rhythm, musicality, turns, leaps and expressive choreography while building confidence and stage presence.

Dress Code: Black jazz shoes, black leggings or black flare pants, and a fitted dance top. Hair should be secured away from the face.

LYRICAL & MODERN
Â
Explore movement through emotion, storytelling, and artistry. These classes combine strong technical training with creative expression, encouraging dancers to connect movement with music while developing versatility and performance quality.

Dress Code: Fitted dance top, dance shorts or leggings, and bare feet. Hair should be secured away from the face.

CHEER
Â
Learn the fundamentals of cheerleading in a positive, high-energy environment. Classes focus on motions, jumps, basic stunts, beginning tumbling, pom technique, dance and performance while building teamwork, confidence, and spirit.
Â
Dress Code: Fitted dance top, dance or cheer shorts (or leggings), athletic cheer shoes for indoor use only (please no outdoor shoes), and hair secured in a high ponytail.

ACRO
Â
Acro combines dance technique with strength, flexibility, balance, and tumbling skills. Dancers will safely learn and progress through acrobatic movements and jumps while building confidence, coordination, and body control.

Dress Code:Â Black leotard (or fitted athletic wear), black shorts or leggings, bare feet, and hair secured away from the face.

HIP HOP
Â
A fun, high-energy class featuring today’s styles and age-appropriate choreography. Dancers develop rhythm, coordination, musicality, confidence, and performance skills in an upbeat and encouraging atmosphere.

Dress Code: Fitted dance top or T-shirt, dance shorts or leggings, clean athletic shoes for indoor use only (please no outdoor shoes), and hair secured away from the face.

IMPROV & WELLNESS:
Embodied Flow
Â
A creative movement class that combines improvisation, mindfulness, and gentle stretching in a relaxed, supportive environment. Dancers will explore movement through guided prompts, calming music, breathing exercises, and creative expression—building confidence, reducing stress, and reconnecting with the joy of movement.
Â
This is not a choreography or performance class. Instead, it’s a space to unwind, move freely without judgment, and develop creativity, body awareness, and self-expression. Perfect for dancers looking to balance the demands of technique classes with a chance to slow down, recharge, and simply enjoy moving.
Â
Dress Code:Â Comfortable clothing you can move freely in. Bare feet or grip socks; no dance shoes required.
